(Dumb question, I know. But you need to ask yourself this question.)
Do you want to reach a goal weight or size?
Are you willing to do what it takes?
(I know this is probably the hardest question to answer... will you commit to do what it takes... Think about it. In the past, this is where we probably all fall off the dieting block or give up or decide to "start Monday".)
This is meant to be simple, do-able, not so much different than what you're already doing, one small step at a time!
In this blog, I will share 6-7 simple steps to follow in order for you to lose weight. They are easy steps, not drastic. We have to start simple or will we ever do it? We'll start one week at a time. The goal is to make changes, lifestyle changes. Not just a start and stop diet, because, let's admit it, do they ever stick? Do we stay at our goal weight when the diet is over?
